You're Not Broken - The 3 Global Wounds We All Inherit

You're Not Broken:
The 3 Global Wounds We All Inherit

Why we sabotage our own success, struggle in love,
and feel broken no matter how hard we try to "heal"

Why do we sabotage our own success, struggle in love, or feel broken no matter how hard we try to "heal"?

It's not your mindset. It's not your childhood. It's your inheritance.

The trauma you're carrying isn't just personal. It's global. It's archetypal. And it's been passed down through seven generations—coded into your nervous system before you had words for it.

"You are a perfect human being in a society that only rewards human doings."

That's what's messing you up. Not you. The system.

The Cherry Blossom Experiment: Why You Carry Wounds That Aren't Yours

There's groundbreaking research in epigenetics—the study of inherited trauma that goes beyond genetics. This isn't just about being genetically wired to have the same cancer as your family. It's the product of your environment. The ultimate nature versus nurture debate.

Researchers discovered that for seven generations we are being impacted in the womb of our parents.

Here's how they proved it:

They exposed the first generation of rats to cherry blossoms, then gave them a minor electric shock. The rats' brains equated the smell and sight of cherry blossoms with pain—even though the cherry blossom itself caused no damage.

They only shocked the first generation.

Then they tested every other generation. The second generation showed fear as soon as they were exposed to cherry blossoms—even though they'd never received an electric shock. They kept testing. Seven generations later, long after the great-great-great-great grandparent rat had died, their descendants were still afraid—even though none of them had ever experienced physical pain linked to cherry blossoms.

That's happening to us. That is proven happening to all humans.

The 3 Global Wounds
Affecting Every Human Alive Today

Wound #1: Victorian Era

Spirit vs Body

"Godliness is next to cleanliness." This actually made sense at the time—people who went to church on Sundays had a bath. They washed dirt and germs away. But this was before they knew that germs equal death. So they just read: God equals safety.

People who washed more had fewer germs and died less. Technically, church saved them—but only because we didn't have words for germs yet.

This was when the witch hunts happened. The symbolism of the death of spirituality. All the magic, all the creativity, all the femininity, all the wellness, nature, and healing got pigeonholed as "savage." You could only be "proper."

Because witches didn't go to church, didn't believe in God, so they must be Satan, right? They probably just hadn't had a bath in a week. Didn't wash their hands when delivering a baby. So the baby died in childbirth. That's literally all it was.

Wound #2: Industrial Revolution

Being vs Doing

Through the industrial revolution, we strengthened the separation even further. All of the uniqueness became bad. All of the sameness and uniformness became good—because uniformness was required to run a factory.

This is when the education system was built. It's not designed for helping people. The education system was designed to train people as factory workers—so they would respond to a bell, so they would follow instructions, so they would do what they were told.

That is why we have the current modern education system. It is training factory workers. And it was also babysitting—because parents were going to work five days a week. They needed somewhere to put the children so they could learn how to work in the next factory.

Your productivity equals your worth. That's where this came from. Man became machine.

Wound #3: Feminism / Polarity Collapse

Women vs Men

Some smart woman decided it would be great if we had some rights too. And honestly? Some days I want to slap her—because I reckon that once upon a time we were a matriarchal society and we were like, "I'm tired. Let them do some work for a while."

So we gave the men some responsibility for a while so we could have a rest. Then they took it too far and it became dominance and suppression. Most native tribes are actually feminine matriarchal systems. It's only this Western civilization that made it all masculine patriarchy.

Then the feminist movement comes along and we're like, "Let's get rights again!" Which—yay, love it, happy to be living in my house and sharing.

But it caused a complete polarity reversal. Women are now judged by the same standards men used to be. Men are now judged by the standards women were held to—but they're the first generation. They've had no training. The whole thing has just imploded.

All of these wounds are now impacting our ability to work, to be healthy, to be wealthy, and more importantly—to have really functional relationships.

It's Not Your Fault

It's devastating to me that no one taught me this earlier. No one taught me this when I was 20 and helped me understand: it's not me, it's my conditioning.

"It's not my fault that I'm self-sabotaging. It's not my fault at all. It is my great-great-great grandparents' wound when they hid to stay safe. It worked then. But the world changed."

You go and do all this inner child healing. You work on family dynamics. But that's only one generation. What about great-great-great-great that you didn't even know was going on for you? That's where the archetypal wounds live.

There's Nothing Wrong With You

I refuse to accept that anyone is broken. I refuse to accept that anyone is born evil seeking redemption. It's nonsense.

I believe that everyone is pure. Everyone has a golden Buddha inside them. We are all born with this purity, wholeness, and completeness that just got covered with a layer of crap—or multiple layers of crap.

Our job is not to fix our clients. It's not to fix ourselves. There's nothing wrong with you.

The Archetypal Wounds Oracle Deck was designed to give us all an opportunity—not to fix, but to witness the wound. To witness the mask. When you're wearing a mask and you can't see it, you can't take it off. But now you'll be able to look at it and go, "Oh my god, that's what's happening."
