Beneath every wound, every mask, every survival strategy—
there's something pure waiting to be witnessed
"You are a perfect human being in a society that only rewards human doings. That's what's messing you up. Not you. The system."
I refuse to accept that anyone is broken. I refuse to accept that anyone is born evil seeking redemption. It's nonsense.
I believe that everyone is pure. Everyone has a golden Buddha inside them.
We are all born with this purity, wholeness, and completeness that just got covered with a layer of crap—or multiple layers of crap.
There's an ancient story about a golden Buddha statue that was covered in clay to protect it during an invasion. For centuries, people worshiped what they thought was a plain clay Buddha—never knowing what was beneath the surface.
One day, the clay cracked. And underneath? Solid gold. Pure, whole, perfect—and always had been.
That's you. That's all of us. Whole and complete—just covered in layers of protection, conditioning, and inherited wounds.
Our job is not to fix our clients. It's not to fix ourselves. There's nothing wrong with you.
The self-help industry has sold us a lie: that we're damaged goods in need of repair. That if we just read enough books, take enough courses, do enough healing work, we'll finally be "fixed."
But here's the truth: You're not broken. You're wearing armor. And armor isn't who you are—it's what you put on to survive.
The work isn't about becoming something new. It's about remembering what was always there. Chipping away the clay. Witnessing the gold.
The archetypes—The Failed Provider, The Competent Captive, The Suppressed Siren, The Mechanical Man—these aren't who you are. They're survival strategies. Coping mechanisms. Masks you learned to wear to stay safe in a broken system.
These masks were created by the three global wounds—Victorian, Industrial, Feminism—and the five family wounds that followed. They were passed down through seven generations. They live in your nervous system before you have words for them.
And when you're wearing a mask for so long, you start to think it's your face.
This is why traditional healing modalities often fall short. They work with what's visible. What the client can name. What you already have words for.
But the archetypal wounds? They're running beneath conscious awareness. In your blind spots. In the patterns that repeat no matter how much insight you have.
The Archetypal Wounds Oracle Deck was designed to give us all an opportunity—not to fix, but to witness the wound. To witness the mask.
When you're wearing a mask and you can't see it, you can't take it off. But now you'll be able to look at it and go, "Oh my god, that's what's happening."
When I was designing these cards, I kept thinking: There's so many patterns I've never been able to get anybody to explain to me or help me through—because they couldn't see it like I could. Whereas now? Now I can. Now you can see it.
That's what makes this different. Not another healing modality. Not another "fix yourself" system. Just a mirror. A witness. A way to see the clay so you can remember the gold.
Each card in the Archetypal Wounds Oracle Deck shows you:
The Shadow Belief: What the mask is protecting you from
The Sovereign Reframe: What the golden Buddha knows to be true
The Wound Origin: Where this came from (not you)
Integration Practices: EFT tapping, journaling, mirror work, ACT processes to witness and integrate
You're a perfect human being in a society that only rewards human doings.
The clay isn't who you are. The armor isn't your identity. The masks aren't your face.
You are the golden Buddha—pure, whole, complete. You always have been. The work is just remembering.
And when enough of us remember? The whole system shifts.
The Archetypal Wounds Oracle Deck helps you see the masks you've been wearing—so you can remember the wholeness that was always there.
